Most Requested Help Questions:
1) Ordering
FIRST TIME customer at this site? Select NEW CUSTOMER at CHECKOUT after making product selections. You will be guided through the process.
RETURNING customer: select that box at Checkout. This site remembers you based on the Email address as originally entered including upper/lower case letters. On future orders select RETURNING CUSTOMER at Checkout. If you change Email addresses you will need to update your on-line Account with the new Email address before ordering! (see next paragraph) . At that same link also update any address changes as well.
2) Updating Account Information
Go to Customer Service link (2 figure icon on Home Page); scroll down to Account History. Click directly onto your name and your profile will appear. Enter the original Email address and password used to create your Account. This action will give access to your Account where you can then update it with your new Email address and make any other changes to your information. Orders will then be accepted at the site with your updated information.
1) Credit Card changes for "Returning Customers" are made after you shop at Checkout by clicking the box, "Change or Update Credit Card" ( below the Contact information).
2) Passwords: Most problems occur because the exact lower/upper case format of the original password was not entered. The site requires an exact match of the email address AND the password. If you've forgotten what you used to set up your account, it can be retrieved via e-mail from the encrypted site. Go to the Customer Service link and scroll down to "Lost Password". Click on the words and follow those instructions.
