Shipping & Returns
Most in-stock items are shipped within 72 hours (Business Days) of receipt of your order. Order by December 13th for Pre-Christmas delivery using standard, economical shipping methods. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Overall, expect delivery of in-stock items within 10-12 Business Days. Our Call Center (1-800-354-3504) can let you know if an item is temporarily out of stock. To ensure the safety of fragile items, your complete order may not be shipped in the same package. The full S & H fee is charged with only the first parcel shipped. Subsequent packages are shipped at no extra charge. This is true with back orders also, only one ship fee.

Please allow 3-4 additional business days for deliveries to AK, HI, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.
We select either UPS or USPS whichever is the most economical and that depends on the size of your order. UPS supplies a regional chart that estimates their delivery timeline by state (this chart/map is posted within the "What's New" feature on the Home Page). UPS will only "Guarantee" specific delivery dates on shipments sent using Next Day or 2nd Day Delivery. USPS Express Mail has the same guidelines. (see Quicker Delivery following.)
If you need faster delivery, we offer both UPS Next Day and USPS Express Mail. We suggest you phone these orders directly to us to ensure timely processing. Phone orders by 3 PM can make the next day's pickup at our location.
UPS Fee: Based on zip zone, weight, and size. Call Center will give you cost when order is placed. and estimated arrival date. If you order on line know that we will bill you for the actual additional postage along with the base S &H fees.

Ministry of the Art’s shipping charge on your order is the actual “weighed” cost of your order after it is packed. We add no extra fees to your invoice. Any duties or taxes required by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility. Our staff will email you the cost and delivery options for your destination after you order is packed; you can then select a preferred method. FCMI (First Class Mail International)up to 4LBS - NOT Trackable. (Approx 2 to 3 weeks) PMI (Priority Mail International) over 4LBS.- IS Trackable. (Approx 2 to 3 weeks) PME (Priority Mail Express) IS Trackable and arrives to your location approximately 1 week after leaving our location.
NEW for Canadian orders only (at this time)
UPS Standard – 2-5 days, track-able. Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the customer’s behalf. For non-commercial shipments valued at less than CAD $200 using “UPS Ground” there is a reduced brokerage fee of CAD $10 plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments with value above CAD $200 (and also commercial shipments imported into Canada) may incur additional fees. Please be aware that UPS will request payment of those charges at the time of delivery. Once you receive an email from UPS that your shipment is ready to be delivered, you will need to call UPS at 800-742-5877. If you like, those CAD charges can be paid using a credit card during that call. This service thus eliminates the need to be present and pay at time of actual delivery.

Returns and Exchanges
Your order is picked and packed with great care but occasionally something is damaged in transit, errors are made in processing or you are not satisfied with your purchase. The return form is on the reverse side of the packing slip-invoice enclosed with every order. Returns need to be processed within 30 days of receipt.

Notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement and provide instructions for handling. No additional shipping fees are applied.
Follow the return instructions on reverse side of the packing slip-invoice; repack carefully and return ship within 30 days of receipt. A refund or credit will be processed excluding any shipping fees. We recommend using UPS or Insured Parcel Post for tracking.
