Congregation of the Sisters of St. Joseph, Inc. d/b/a Ministry of the Arts ("Licensor”), as owner or exclusive licensee of the copyrights in the items (“Work(s)”) listed below, hereby grants to {{billing_first_name}} {{billing_last_name}} (“Licensee”) a non-exclusive, non-transferrable right to (initial all that apply)

Distribute copies for non-commercial uses

of the following Work(s): {{products_name_in_cart}} for the time period of 6 months beginning {{order_create_date}} (“Effective Date”) for a fee of $0. At the end of 6 months, the Licensee must renew the License Agreement to continue use of the image except in the instances of immediately available printed materials.

The License is subject to the following restrictions:

Licensee may resize or crop the Work(s) for one or more of the uses authorized above. Licensee may not alter or modify the Work(s) including adding text, additional images, color modifications or other additions and/or changes without prior written approval.
Licensee may not use the work for commercial purposes, including, but not limited to use on products, product packaging or advertising for any product or service sold by Licensee. A separate license is required for commercial use and may not be available for the commercial purposes for which Licensee desires to use the Work(s).
This license is personal to Licensee. Licensee may not grant rights to anyone to copy or otherwise use the Work(s).
Licensee agrees to use the Work(s) in a manner consistent with the mission and values of the Licensor. Accompanying the Work(s) shall be a copyright message that is displayed along with the Work(s). A sample credit line is below:

This license may be withdrawn at any time for any reason by Licensor with 7 days written or electronic notice to Licensee.
